FRAGMENTS FOR EYE DRIFT by ANNA THEW

Fragments for Eye Drift is a short film by Anna Thew. In this short film, she uses the split screen effect to show the idea of places and journeys that flicker past like tattered pockets of memory.

I like how she experiments with the moving images and static shots within the screens. This has influenced me to use this technique and experiment with it. I also like the colour composition within some the shots, for example:

will experiment with colour and static shots

will experiment with night and day shots
